SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship to the continental U.S via USPS free of charge over $75. Shipping and delivery to you is based on business days. Order processing takes place Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays.  USPS does not deliver on weekends.  Standard shipping takes 5-7 Business days not including weekends or holidays. After shipment is fulfilled, an auto email is sent with an update and package tracking information to the email on file.

Local Pickup Order Policy

Orders placed for local pickup will receive an order confirmation/ order ready for pickup notification.  Orders typically are fulfilled in 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday's after 12pm, Sundays and holidays will be fulfilled the first business day back in our office. 

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return any unopened product within 30 days for a refund once item is returned. For shipped returns, please send your return, insured and prepaid through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Include your packing slip or invoice and the reason for your return. Shipping fees are nonrefundable on returns. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds from items returned via shipping. Credit Card / Debit Card Use

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard.  Billing and shipping addresses must match for debit card processing. This is for our client’s protection. Any declined orders will automatically be cancelled and not charged.
