APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.​

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone and keeping our business thriving. When using our booking system you must enter a CC to have on file and read the cancellation policy to reserve your appointment. You will receive a text message 72 hours before your appointment and/or email reminders 24-48 hours before your appointment. You are also able to click on your appointment link to reschedule or cancel. We are understanding - if there’s an emergency, please directly call us and leave a voicemail.

- LESS THAN 24 hour notice and will result in a charge of $55.00 to the card on file.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged $55.00 to the card on file and can lead to requiring full payment of services when booking.
